Mindful walk & Yoga session followed by tea and a treat in the newly opened Plein Air Café
Come and join senior yoga and meditation teacher Lisa Quish for a mindful morning walk and Yoga session to connect with our six senses . We will be stepping back in time and walking through the 17th century walled garden created by past generations including the famous Hamilton artists, in particular Eva and Letitia. Through their art we have an amazing insight into their world , and can allow our imaginations and senses to soar.
We will continue on down through the recently rediscovered woodland trail meandering through 60 acres of unspoiled natural wilderness passing by champion trees , the beautiful Deodars, Thujas , Redwoods and Monkey Puzzles before returning for Yoga in the cafe courtyard.

Bring a yoga mat and cushion or yoga prop, walking boots and warm comfortable layers as we will be outdoors
